Phillip Mawdsley project managed and built an extension to my house back in 2014. He behaved professionally throughout, his work was of an extremely high standard, his timekeeping and work ethics were excellent. He is honest and trustworthy. Phillip kept me fully informed of all work to be done and costs of such. Even when I wanted the addition of a new family bathroom to be constructed, Phillip advised on this and the whole of the build was still finished on time, as I said before to an exceptionally high standard. Am I still happy 4 years later? Yes I am thrilled with my beautiful home. I would highly recommend Phillip to undertake a variety of building work and I would not hesitate to engage his skills, knowledge and talent again.

Phil has worked on a number of jobs for me including restoration of agricultural machinery, general fabrication, welding repairs and gates.

I cannot recommend Phil and his workmanship highly enough. 10 years ago Phil made us a set of gates for the side of our house, these gates are still going strong 10 years later and still look just as good. He has also designed and made a table for us which again is of a truly high standard but the most recent has been an extension to our house. We absolutely love the finished build and not only does it look amazing but the quality of Phil’s work and attention to detail is nothing short of perfection! We entrusted Phil to oversee the whole job from start to finish, even leaving him to carry on while we went on holiday and we weren’t disappointed. We would not hesitate to recommend Phil to anyone and certainly wouldn’t use anybody else ourselves.

After meeting Phil when he came round to measure up I could tell straight away that he knew what he was doing, unlike a few jobbers who had been round to quote. Phil gave me options I had not thought of or considered, overall I now have an end product I am proud of and will withstand the elements previous gates have failed to live up to.

Phil was prompt and no pressure to push his services on me, my gate arrived on time as he said it would. Overall I could not be happier.
